Domain FAQ

For this, first visit the Nic.ir website and proceed to create a user handle as an individual or a legal entity. Then use your NIC handle, which will be in the format ej156-irnic, as your handle.

EPP code or transfer code is a code used to transfer a domain between registrars.
To receive the transfer code, go to the Domains menu, manage the desired domain, and click on »Get Code».
Then the code will be sent to the email address registered in the Whois information.

After receiving the transfer code, you can use;
Domains section» Domain registration Proceed to register your own domain, here it will show you that your domain is registered and not available, do not worry here you go to the next step, here you enter the transfer code (EPP) section and for the transfer the renewal amount You have been paying for it for a year.
It should be noted that according to ICANN rules, transfer without renewal is not possible and your domain must be renewed for one year.

To change WHOIS information,
Domains menu » manage desired domain » click on the Whois information retrieval submenu.
Here you can change all the information you need.
After changing your domain information, it will be locked for 60 days and cannot be transferred.

To change the DNS or name servers;
Domains menu » Manage desired domain » from the DNS settings section, enter your desired DNSs and click save.
